• The final scope, price and schedule of your move are confirmed with you before booking.

Your responsibilities

• Share accurate details about your move, including fragile or high-value items.
• Keep cash, jewellery, important documents and other valuables with you.
• Arrange any society permissions, gate passes or lift bookings required at either location.
• Do not include hazardous, illegal or perishable items in your goods.

Booking, changes and cancellations

Booking, rescheduling and cancellation terms are shared with you along with your quotation. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Transit protection

If you would like transit insurance for your goods, please mention it while requesting a quotation and we will let you know what is available for your move.
